History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Cloak speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A true patriot, Cloak would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
