History: Ar-Kaius was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Laborer. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Kiirith alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: Ratak is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels threatened by others
