Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Seven learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
