Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Ugarth is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Shipwright, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born to a Seamstress, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This northern man wears silk and lounges about seductively. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is knotted and matted. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Blacksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Blacksmith business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new blacksmith responsibilities is difficult
