History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Purban was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mason. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
