History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fulbar embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
