History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Efferil has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
