Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bundrigo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bundrigo does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Tod learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fisher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and wants his loneliness to end
