Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears tan trousers with grey and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His hair is white and very short. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Oloric lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this northern man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: He was born in a small forest village. Roland liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Revenge.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Glassblower but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
