Personality: Kelter is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Crown-heir.
