History: Ogg was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
