History: Laucian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. After coming to the age of reason, Heian took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
