Robert Tao, Male Half-Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, and carries greataxes. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Robert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Robert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
