Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Balam isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Balam was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vlorn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
