Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Raer was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bounty Hunter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
