He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bricklayer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Windy's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
