History: Therai lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Merchant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
