Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Shifting was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Interpreter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
