History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Diggory is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Diggory was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
