History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Healer for the past few years.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Sheggen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and a deep hatred of drow

History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Frederick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and to clean up the streets
