Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Hogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Body Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Body Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
