Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
