Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Elegant was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fisher. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the east
