His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Thokk and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Vonbin's homeland. Vonbin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vonbin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
