History: He got into the Seamstress business at a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
