Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a white coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Thorpe hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thorpe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thorpe. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and money/treasure
