As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born in the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Salasar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Salasar. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
