History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Burgell was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Caeldrim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Caeldrim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Shipwright soon after.
