History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Balam was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Balam decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Arjhan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Adrik was born with his mother's beautiful face. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fargrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
