History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: Ar-Karo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Dilettante. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has shaved his head bald. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Baz is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Baz grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he is unsatisfied with his job
