Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. Faran is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Faran learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and is pretty ugly. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He worked as a nervous Masseuse and found it very stressful. He struck the Masseuse job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Painter again; and balancing his hectic life and new masseuse responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Farmer profession.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult
