Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ruler profession.

History: He is a Yochlol in disguise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Halander grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Halander. He now owns his own business.

History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Butcher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
