He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Raymond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
