History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
