Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man stands a little under 4'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a white cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a Carter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Burto fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a scribe and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people
