History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his whip with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and carries whips. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Delg is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Delg's homeland. Delg decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Forcas isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Gifted from a young age, Forcas studied abroad. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears a fancy tan suit. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears a colorful flower in his white fur. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Skirt grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Skirt. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
