Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Howard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
