History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
