Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Marbas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Alex would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Alex was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he wants revenge against drow
