Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a hunchback. His hair is auburn and curly. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: An older man who typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Gifted from a young age, Orthog studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'1" and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Trym was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
