History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained.
