Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Dustin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is greedy
