History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and wants to work out more often
