Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lance is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. When Lance reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Howard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Laucian never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
