History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Knight. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Knight but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Knight.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His golden hair is cut short. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Alberich never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
