Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rivaan embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Cimer and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
