He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bellfounder.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Foxilon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Foxilon decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Through the years after Astar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Astar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
