History: Baradad hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.
