History: Born to a Assassin, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Weaver, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gruk is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
