Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He has blue eyes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
